Eciggity's Shipping Policy is as follows: They currently ship within the State of Hawaii. Once an order has left their facility, they are no longer responsible for these items. Lost, missing, or stolen packages must be referred to USPS. They offer three USPS options for shipping: USPS Priority and USPS Express. Both require an adult signature. Priority Mail normally takes 1-3 business days to deliver once it is picked up by USPS. Express 2-Day Mail is their fastest mailing option. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be delivered in two days. After they ship out the order, they are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, and/or custom issues of the shipment. Shipping times are not guaranteed and may take up to three weeks to deliver.
